Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will provide a full refund of that charge — no questions asked.

Use the contact form in the Help Centre from the address used at checkout, and mention “Refund request”. Include the charge date and amount if you have them. We will confirm when the refund is issued.

We process approved refunds as soon as we can. The credit typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunded access may be revoked. Recurring billing is cancelled when we issue a refund unless you ask us to keep the subscription active.
