IQ Clever (“we”, “us”) provides an online IQ assessment, cognitive report, and related subscription services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Account and contact details you provide, such as name and email.

Quiz answers and the resulting score used to generate your report.

Payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical data such as device type, browser, and approximate location (country) used for checkout and fraud prevention.

Advertising identifiers (for example GCLID) when you arrive from an ad, so we can measure campaign performance.

To run the test, calculate your score, and deliver your report and certificate.

To create and manage your subscription, send receipts, and provide support.

To improve the product and measure marketing (including Google Ads and Amplitude analytics).

To comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse.

We share data with service providers who help us operate the product — notably Stripe (payments), Amplitude (product analytics), and Google (ads measurement). They process data on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account, payment, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle refunds, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete or update your data through the contact form in the Help Centre.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us through the Help Centre and we will respond as required by applicable law.
