Where is my refund?

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Banks and card networks typically post them within 5–10 business days. Some issuers take a little longer to show the credit on a statement.

If we have already confirmed your refund by email and it has been more than 10 business days, write to us with the confirmation and we will follow up with the payment provider.
